Delete your account

Deleting your TileGrab account removes it and everything on it for good. There are two ways to do it.

In the game

  1. Open TileGrab and go to Settings.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm twice. Your account is deleted at once.

Without the app

Email support@tilegrab.fun from the email address of the Google account you sign in with, and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within 30 days and write back to confirm.

What is deleted

Your account, name, avatar choice, progress, coins, voice passes, blocks and reports, Word Vault, daily results, leaderboard places, tournament and head-to-head records, notification tokens and sign-ins.

What stays: purchase records kept by Google Play and RevenueCat, as the law requires for payments, tied only to a random id. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
